Below you can find answers to some of frequently asked questions by previous clients that used our in-home physiotherapy services or one of our virtual physiotherapy consultations.

  • Do you provide direct billing?

    Yes, we provide direct billing services for most major insurance plans.

  • What equipment do you carry for home appointments?

    Our therapists will bring a treatment table, sanitization supplies, equipment needed for manual therapy (e.g. lotion), ultrasound and TENS machine if it is a necessary part of treatment. Patients are encouraged to have or purchase their own exercise equipment.

  • Do you provide free phone consultations?

    Yes, we provide a free consultation over the phone if you need more guidance on how to proceed with your injury/pain.

  • Do you provide evening/weekend appointments?

    Evening and weekend appointments are possible, depending on the therapists’ availability.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit card, cash, and e-transfer.

  • Do you offer same day appointments?

    Yes, based on the physio-therapists’ availability.
